Q: What materials do your designers use?
Melaine uses Sterling Silver and Pearl. Lilian uses Sterling Silver and glasses beads, color stone. Jowe uses Swarvoski Crystal and stainless steel, silver sometimes.
Q: If I have sensitive skin will I be allergic to your jewelery? Does it discolor/Oxidize?
Joolrybox.com Stainless Steel Jewelery is made with such as the highest grade 316 stainless steel (surgical steel) which are non-allergic as it is nickel free unlike other material types. It does not discolor or oxidize as it is solid Stainless Steel.
Q: Use of authentic Swarovski Crystals?
We guarantee to use authentic Swarovski components. We have been officially approved by Swarovski to use the new Swarovski brand name CRYSTALIZED (TM) - Swarovski Elements which is the signature of authentic Swarovski Crystals and Elements. Our designs are not part of Swarovski collection as it is a unique Joolrybox.com design.
Q: How to clean my jewelery?
For Stainless Steel Jewelery you can use a lint-free cloth to wipe the jewelery?
For Sterling silver, as it is rhodium plated it should not oxidize easily, however if over time and wearing of the jewelery discolouring does occurs please use a silver polishing cloth to clean jewelery taking care to not put on too much pressure on weak points. Silver cleaning fluid is NOT recommended, although highly effective in the initial use, as it is a harsh substance which damages the fine silver after subsequent cleans.
Q: For Stainless Steel Jewelery what does your 6 months warranty cover?
We will repair or replace MANUFACTURING DEFECTS such as stones falling out or broken clasp. Our warranty DOES NOT include mistreatment or normal wear and tear to items, such as chipped or broken crystals/stones, scratches etc. Customer will need to send back the item at own cost to claim warranty if purchase from internet. Warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE material/parts, so please send this back as well or a small fee will be charged.
Q: For Sterling Silver Jewelery what does your 6 months warranty cover?

Jowe's collection is especially delicate with large Swarovski Crystal Components and beading structure thus it is like an art-piece and not suitable for wearing while doing sports or strenuous/large motion work. Customer will need to send back the item at own cost to claim warranty if purchase from internet. Warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE material/parts, so please send this back as well or a small fee will be charged.
Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?
All sales are final and once item is purchased it is not refundable due to change of mind. In special circumstances we may allow you to exchange the item for a different piece or size for a restocking fee. Please note, postage fee of sending back the item and resending the item will be charged to customers.
Q: How can I pay? Is it secure to use my Credit Card on your website?
Payment with Credit Card is very secure as your credit card detail is actually inputted on Paypal's highly SECURE website. We don't even see your credit card details. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us using your Credit Card.
Q: I want to buy but I don't have a credit card?
Email us your details such as address and product model no. We will contact you with best alternative solution, however it may incur a surcharge.
